PF registration is mandatory for organisations with 20 or more employees. However, businesses with fewer employees can voluntarily register. ESIC is mandatory for organisations with 10 or more employees where any employee earns less than ₹21,000/month. We help you understand your exact obligations based on your headcount and industry.

You need: employee list (name, designation, date of joining), salary structure for each employee, bank account details of employees, PAN and Aadhaar of employees, company's PF and ESIC registration numbers (if already registered), and monthly attendance data. We guide you through the exact format needed.

We handle pro-rated salary calculations for employees who join or leave during the month. For resignations, we calculate the last working day, pending leaves, notice period deductions, and full & final settlement. For new joiners, we calculate salary from the date of joining and complete new employee PF/ESIC onboarding.

Late PF payment attracts interest at 12% per annum (1% per month) under Section 7Q of the EPF Act.
