We do not currently support C-suite or highly specialised technical roles that require niche executive search.

We post on major Indian job portals including Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed India, Shine.com, and Internshala (for freshers and interns). For specific industries, we also use industry-specific communities and WhatsApp job groups. The portals used depend on the role type and seniority level.

We typically screen 50–200 applications and share a shortlist of 5–10 pre-qualified candidates per position. Each profile includes a brief summary of why the candidate fits your requirements, their current CTC, expected CTC, notice period, and key strengths.

If the initial shortlist does not meet your expectations, we refine the search based on your feedback and share a second batch of profiles. We continue until you find candidates worth interviewing. Our goal is a successful hire, not just sending resumes.

Our recruitment support starts at ₹1,999 per position for the Basic plan (JD writing + job posting + screening). The Standard plan is ₹3,999 per position (adds interview coordination and offer support). Bulk hiring (3+ positions) starts at ₹8,999. This is significantly cheaper than placement agencies which charge 8–15% of annual CTC.
