This policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and disputes for services provided by IndiaBizStation.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the terms and conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for services provided by IndiaBizStation, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Ankita Pandey ("Proprietress").
By availing any service and making a payment to IndiaBizStation, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy. Please read it carefully before initiating any payment.

2. Nature of Services
IndiaBizStation provides professional, digital, and knowledge-based services including — but not limited to — government document assistance, business registration, accounting and taxation, legal compliance, software development, digital marketing, architectural drawings, HR services, e-commerce setup, automation, and business consulting.
These services are primarily intangible, expertise-driven, and time-bound. Once a service is initiated, significant human effort, expert time, third-party costs, and operational resources are deployed immediately. This is the primary reason why completed or in-progress services are generally non-refundable.
3. Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Services

- •Cancellation requested before service initiation — i.e., before any work has begun, no documents submitted, no expert assigned.
- •Duplicate payment made by error for the same service.
- •Payment made but IndiaBizStation is unable to provide the requested service due to internal constraints (rare).
✕Not Eligible for Refund
- •Service has already been initiated or completed (expert assigned, work started, documents filed).
- •Delays caused by government portals, regulatory authorities, or third-party processing times.
- •Rejection or non-approval by government departments due to client-provided incorrect or incomplete information.
- •Change of mind after service initiation.
- •Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duties, or portal fees paid on behalf of the client — these are non-recoverable.
- •Payment gateway or transaction fees charged by Razorpay or other processors.
4. Cancellation Policy
To request a cancellation, the following conditions must be met:
- Cancellation request must be submitted in writing — via email to hello@indiabizstation.com or via WhatsApp message to +91 89623 04412.
- Request must be submitted within 24 hours of payment and before service initiation. Requests received after this window, or after work has commenced, will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- The cancellation request must include your name, contact number, order/payment reference, and the reason for cancellation.
- IndiaBizStation reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether service initiation has commenced for the purposes of this policy.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Submit Refund Request
Email us at hello@indiabizstation.com or WhatsApp +91 89623 04412 with your full name, registered phone/email, payment reference number or transaction ID, service name, and reason for refund request.
Review & Verification
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. We will verify the payment, service status, and eligibility based on this Policy.
Decision Communicated
You will receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) of whether the refund has been approved, partially approved, or declined — along with the reason.
Refund Processed
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, wallet) within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Standard Refund Timeline
Please note that the actual credit to your account depends on the policies and processing timelines of your bank or payment provider, which are beyond IndiaBizStation's control. In case of delays beyond 10 business days after refund initiation, please contact your bank directly with the refund reference number we provide.
7. Partial Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, IndiaBizStation may, at its sole discretion, approve a partial refund based on:
- The stage of service completion at the time of cancellation request
- Expert time, resources, and effort already expended
- Third-party or government costs already incurred on behalf of the client
- The specific scope and nature of the service availed
Any partial refund approved will be calculated after deducting: (a) the cost of work completed or in progress, (b) any government fees or third-party costs paid, and (c) applicable payment gateway charges.
8. Payment Gateway & Transaction Charges
Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, convenience fees, GST on payment processing, or any other deductions levied by Razorpay or other third-party payment processors are non-refundable under any circumstances.
These charges are collected by and paid to the payment gateway directly and are entirely outside IndiaBizStation's control.
Refund amounts will be net of any such non-refundable payment gateway charges that were applicable at the time of the original transaction.
9. No Refund on Government Outcomes
IndiaBizStation acts as a professional facilitator. We prepare, compile, and submit your documents to relevant authorities on your behalf. The final decision on approvals, registrations, or certifications rests entirely with the respective government department or regulatory authority.
No refunds shall be issued based on outcomes that are beyond our control, including:
- Rejection of applications by government departments (MCA, GSTN, IT Department, Trademark Registry, FSSAI, DGFT, etc.)
- Government portal downtime, technical failures, or delays
- Policy changes, regulatory amendments, or new requirements introduced by authorities
- Processing delays during peak periods or government holidays
10. Disputes & Escalation
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request or have a dispute related to a service or payment, please follow this escalation path:

Escalation to Proprietress
If unresolved, your dispute will be escalated to Ankita Pandey (Proprietress) for review and resolution.
Payment Gateway Dispute
For payment-related disputes, you may also raise a chargeback or dispute through your bank or payment provider as per their policies.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, India.
11. Policy Modifications
IndiaBizStation reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
