Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the IndiaBizStation website or availing any of our services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", "You") and IndiaBizStation, a sole proprietorship business owned and operated by Ankita Pandey("Proprietress", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing this website (https://indiabizstation.com) or availing any service offered by IndiaBizStation, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

By accessing this website or using any of our services, you confirm that:

IndiaBizStation provides digital and professional business services including, but not limited to:

Services are primarily delivered digitally and remotely through WhatsApp, email, and our platform. Physical delivery may be arranged where explicitly agreed.

IndiaBizStation acts as a facilitator and service coordinator. We connect clients with qualified service providers through our internal CRM and network. Service delivery timelines depend on the nature of work, government processing times, and client document submission.

4. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, true, and lawful information and documents required for service delivery.
  • Cooperate with our team by responding to queries and providing clarifications in a timely manner.
  • Not misrepresent your identity, business details, or the nature of services required.
  • Not use IndiaBizStation services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Comply with all government regulations, statutory requirements, and applicable laws in relation to the services availed.

IndiaBizStation shall not be responsible for delays, errors, rejections, or adverse outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Payments

Payments for services are processed through Razorpay and other authorized third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Fees must be paid in advance before service initiation unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
  • IndiaBizStation does not store, access, or process your card numbers, CVV, UPI credentials, net banking passwords, or any sensitive financial data. All payment data is handled securely by the respective payment gateway.
  • Payments made to IndiaBizStation are for professional service fees only. Government fees, statutory charges, stamp duties, or third-party costs (if any) are additional and will be communicated separately before collection.
  • All transactions are subject to the terms of the applicable payment gateway.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read the Refund Policy carefully before availing any service.

In summary: once a service has been initiated, fees are generally non-refundable due to the professional nature of the services and resources already deployed. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Service Delivery & Timelines

Estimated timelines provided for each service are indicative and based on standard processing times under normal circumstances. Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Government or regulatory authority processing times (beyond IndiaBizStation's control)
  • Delays in document submission or clarification by the client
  • Technical issues with government portals or third-party systems
  • Public holidays, government office closures, or force majeure events

IndiaBizStation shall not be liable for delays caused by the above factors. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of any significant delays.

8. No Guarantee of Approvals or Outcomes

IndiaBizStation facilitates service delivery based on client-provided information and applicable procedures. We do not guarantee:

  • Approvals from government departments, regulatory authorities, or statutory bodies (e.g., MCA, GSTIN, MSME portal, Trademark Registry, FSSAI, etc.)
  • Specific business outcomes, profits, or competitive results from marketing, software, or consulting services
  • Outcomes dependent on third-party platforms, marketplaces, or payment processors

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IndiaBizStation and its Proprietress (Ankita Pandey) shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages of any kind
  • Loss of business, revenue, profit, data, or commercial opportunity
  • Delays or non-delivery caused by government authorities, third-party systems, or events beyond our reasonable control
  • Technical failures, server downtime, or data loss caused by third-party infrastructure
  • Errors or omissions arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information

Our maximum aggregate liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, code, designs, layouts, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of IndiaBizStation (Ankita Pandey) unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or misuse of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Deliverables created by IndiaBizStation for a client (such as websites, software, designs) become the client's property upon full payment of applicable fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Privacy

Your use of this website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Termination of Services

IndiaBizStation reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services without prior notice if:

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided
  • These Terms are violated
  • Any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized activity is detected
  • Payment obligations are not met

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, India.

14. Modifications to These Terms

IndiaBizStation reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
