For an individual seller: PAN card, Aadhaar card, bank account with IFSC, mobile number, and email. For a business/company seller: additionally GST registration certificate, business registration proof (Pvt Ltd, LLP, or Sole Proprietorship certificate), and authorized signatory documents. GST is mandatory if your annual turnover exceeds ₹40 lakh.
GST registration is mandatory if you sell taxable goods on Amazon India and your turnover exceeds ₹40 lakh (₹20 lakh for special category states).
