Everything you need for smooth monthly payroll — salary calculation for up to 10 employees, PDF payslips emailed to each employee, TDS and PT calculation, bank transfer file (NEFT-ready), reimbursement processing, Form 16 at year-end, and a dedicated WhatsApp account manager. PF/ESIC monthly filing is not included in ₹1,999 — it is a separate ₹999/month add-on.

EPF contribution is 12% from employer and 12% from employee, calculated on basic salary (capped at ₹15,000 basic for statutory PF). ESIC contribution is 3.25% employer and 0.75% employee, applicable on employees earning up to ₹21,000 gross per month. We explain the exact impact on your cost-to-company during onboarding and update you whenever rates change.
