The ₹4,999 architectural plans package includes 2 free revisions, and the ₹8,999 3D design package includes 3 free revisions. Each revision can cover layout changes, room resizing, elevation updates, materials or colours. Additional revisions after this are chargeable at a nominal rate (₹499 per minor revision, ₹1,499 for a major redesign) — always quoted transparently before any extra charge.

You receive AutoCAD (.dwg) source files, high-resolution PDFs, JPG/PNG renders for 3D, and (for 3D package) an MP4 walkthrough video. You own 100% of the final design and can share it with any contractor, engineer or municipality. For the 2D plans package, 3 printed hard copies are also couriered to your address free of cost.

Yes, vastu-compliant design is included at no extra cost if you request it at the start. Our architects align the pooja room, kitchen, master bedroom, main entrance and toilet positions according to classical vastu shastra. If you want a detailed vastu consultation with a specialist (not just layout compliance), we offer that separately at ₹1,999 as an add-on.

Yes, changes are welcome within the included revision rounds. You can change room sizes, add/remove floors, switch from 3BHK to 4BHK, update elevation style, and more. We recommend finalizing the plot dimensions and room count in the first consultation, since structural changes after 3D rendering start cost additional revision fees.

Payment is milestone-based, never fully upfront. For the ₹4,999 plans package: 50% at order confirmation, 50% on final delivery. For the ₹8,999 3D package: 40% at order, 30% after initial 3D preview, 30% at final delivery. We accept UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay and all major cards. A formal invoice is issued for each milestone.

We do not need to visit — clients share their plot dimensions, orientation (north direction), surrounding road widths, neighbour walls and any existing structures via WhatsApp. A simple photograph of the plot and a rough hand-sketch with measurements is enough. If you have a registry drawing or survey plan, even better. Our architect verifies everything in the first call before starting design.

Our architects are familiar with the bye-laws of major Indian states including Delhi (DDA/MCD), Maharashtra (DCPR), Gujarat (GDCR), Karnataka (KBR), Tamil Nadu (TNCDBR), UP, MP, Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana and more. Please share your city and plot location in the first message — we apply the correct FSI, setback and height rules for your specific municipality before drafting the plan.
